Documents List: Work Experience in Canada

Hi all,

I am preparing my documents to file my application. I need your help. I got confused with the documents for Work Experience in Canada.
I am gonna get a letter from my current supervisor in Canada.

Before this Canadian job, i worked for 5 months for a university in Turkey.
On the document list under Work Experience in Canada, it is asking for up-to-date letters of reference from my past and current employers for the past 3 years.

Do I need to get a letter of reference from my old university in Turkey then?
Or the letters need to be only from the Canadian work related experience ?

I thought i would need a letter from my past employer in Turkey as it said to provide letters of reference from the employers for the past 3 years.
