Documents Kit Upload issue

Hi All,

I have added my spouse in my application post AOR and CIC have asked for different documents to upload.

But they have created only one place holder for all the documents and I have tried to compress the files but I am unable to lower the file size up to 4/5MB (CIC limitation for each place holder).

Can anyone advise how to handle such situation ?

Can we request CIC for more place holders or we send the documents through CSE and in the place holder just upload the LOE in the place holder ?

I read a few threads and if you need more space you can either ask them to add another slot or mail them the rest of the documents.
