What are the procedure for sending my educational documents to CES for degree equivalency, I have arranged all the required attestation from the concerned offices of the issuing authority, however from reading through the website I came across that CES required attested color copies of my educational documents as well which I have not arranged and no attestation authority such as Intermediate board is accepting to attest color copies of my certificate. Please help what should I do, shall I send black and white attested copies to CES for having equivalency?
