Hi All,
This is my first post and happy I found this forum.
I have a few questions regarding the family sponsorship application.
1) My wife lives in the Philippines. I understand that all forms have to be signed and dated. Is it possible for me to fax her the required documents, have her sign them and fax them back to me? Or does CIC need original copies?
2) If so, what is the best route to send her the documents and have them sent back to me? Phil Post? If so, how long will it take to send through Phil Post? Will they get lost?
4) Does my wife's name on the application have to match her passport (which will use her married name)?
3) Is there any way possible I can have my wife come visit me while this process is ongoing? I have heard that if you are married that this is a red flag for a tourist visa application. Is this true?
Thanks
