Hi, I have worked for the same company for about 8 years in three different countries(including Canada) and have held 4 different designations. I have a single reference letter from my manager for these experiences. Is it ok if I upload the same set of documents for all the different work ex post ITA?

As long as your letter mentions all your positions held, your roles and responsibilities in those positions, your annual salary and benefits - go for it!

Also, include a letter of explanation for it.

Thank you for your response. The reference letter mentions roles and responsibilities, and the designations held but only the latest salary benefits.

However, I plan to include my promotions letter (which contains the salary benefits) as well.. good idea?

And since I drafted out the reference letter for my wife and self, they look an exact replica... hope this is ok as well.

I think it might not be a good idea for you to send the replica of the letter for your wife as well, unless she is working in the same organization.

Yes, it is good that you will attach all those supporting documents. Do not forget the salary slips for the latest salary you have been drawing as mentioned in your RefLet.

All the best!
