Documents for upload, all in one etc.

Hi All, couple questions when uploading docs for EE:

1. I assume for each section all documents need to be in one PDF, e.g. WES report, Bach certificates, IELTS etc...
2. SHould i include a scanned copy of my WES report or the PDF version i downloaded?

1. It's 1 file. So you can merge all documents of that section into 1 PDF with a max file size of 4MB
2. you can use the PDF that you downloaded from WES.

Any idea of suggstions on how to get my document down to 4MB? I have everything in it WES, CERTIFICATES and IELTS and have compressed it from 8.13 to 4.49, but cant get it smaller.
