Documents for Super Visa

My sister in Canada as an PR and wants to apply Super Visa for my mother(divorced) who stays at India. My sister has PR from July 2017 and is employed from December 2017. Can you please let me know the documents she should submit for applying a Super Visa. As per my knowledge I below are the documents needed, please correct me if I'm wrong.

• Mothers Medical exam.
• Mother Bio Metrics.
• One year worth insurance.
• Invitation letter from my sister.
• My sisters Salary letter and bank statements from last 6 months. Her current salary is above LICO for 3 persons(Herself, My brother in law and my mother.)

Please clarify if my sister has to provide salary statement for last 3 years or most recent year is sufficient.
