documents for re-entry visa courier did not pick up

hi, good day!

please help me need some advice from the expert.im here in philippines and i already called the call center about my documents to have a schedule for pick up going to canadian embassy, the call center agent said to me that it will be pick this january 17 wednesday 2012 but in some reason no one pick up my documents the call center agent said between 8am to 6pm. the day is over no one show up to pick.it cost me 2000 pesos already just to have that schedule. what would i do? please help me.

Hi,

Ive been there so many times. If they said they are going to pick it up, They will between the time that they gave you, Make sure you are waiting for them,they usually give you a reference number, asking about ur name and what application do you want to apply,.
