Has anyone ever had their biometrics done at VFS Global in Singapore?
I received a letter for Biometrics Request from CIC. The letter clearly states to present this document, a payment receipt and a passport to the VAC. However, the people at VAC are saying that they require another document which lists all of the personal particulars and a CIC number (starts with 000). Kindly advise.
