I have lost my 2nd semester marksheet of graduation but i have applied with my IP university to provide me duplicate marksheet but it will take further 40 working days. Can i apply to the colleges with self attested affidavit and other documents ?

If the colleges you are applying to accept those documents. All colleges have different requirements so no one can tell you.
