Document to be notarize

Hi,

Do we need to get all the copies of original documents notarize ( 8,10,11 acc to document checklist of CEC) ?

Please reply I am getting very confuse on this.

Notarization is required only if the document is not in English and translated.
If in English, there is no need.

What about if it has spelling mistake.
There is mistake in my birth certificate. Could you please guide me what I need to do.

As per my passport, My name is AkashKumar but in birth certificate it is mentioned that Akash only.
