Document submission via cse

Can cse be used for document submission even if its not one of the cases mentioned to use cse for,i want to know if an updated pcc can be submitted via cse

I didnt submit yet i am still deciding to submit now and pcc later versus submitting all together with my pof letters dated 15-17 days old

Submit all together. You don't have to separate them, let all of these documents reach them at the same time instead of in different episodes.

All I can say that, as a "safe practice", your pof shall not be 2 weeks old from the date you will submit your eAPR. However, I am sure even if pof are
about 4 weeks old they will be good.

Is old pof a reason for rejection or new pof will be requested??
