Document Requirement For PR Application

Hello Everyone,

I was hoping to receive some help on a request from CIC. After submitting my application, I was asked to submit the following documents.

The message goes as follows:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:

• Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature

The link they have provided opens an electronic form, which I cannot really sign because it is an e-form. On the first bullet point they mention that I should submit IMM 5669 bearing an ORIGINAL signature. The form IMM 5669, that i can find online (not an e-form) on which I can put my signature is very short and I cannot fit a lot of information on there. However, filling out the e-form, is much easier.

I electronically signed my e-form; printed it and signed on it and then uploaded it. I still have not submitted it as I am not too sure which one they want. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
