Hi fellows,

Finally, I think I'm close to the end.

One more question, regarding on document list, it does not allow me to put N/A on the form on PDF version . Additionally, it only can tick the box instead of putting "X".
So what should I do? Should I print it out first and fill in with the paper by my pen? Or is there any way to do?

Exactly.

There are only a couple of forms that require validation and this isn't one of them.

Adding anything to a form that's been validated (generated a bar code page) is not recommended, since it wouldn't be uploaded when the bar code(s) is/are scanned.
