Hello there! I've been working on the application for my wife's sponsorship and I have a few question regarding some of the documents needed outlined in the checklist.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST - SPONSOR

9 - Original of completed Schedule A - Background / Declaration (IMM 5669), for the sponsored person and each family member of 18 years of age or over , signed by the person concerned.
11- Original of completed additional Family Information (IMM 5406), for the sponsored person and each family member 18 years of age or over, signed by the person concerned.

Essentially what Im asking here is when they are asking about "Each Family Member" do they mean her siblings and parents? So each brother and sister over 18 and parent would have to fill out their own version of said form? We have no dependents so I wasn't sure if it was just for dependents.

IMMIGRATION CANADA - COUNTRY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION PHILIPPINES
14 - Supply nine (9) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying)[/. Photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicants name, date of birth and signature.

Seems fairly obvious but I just want to make sure, so 9 photos for each of my wifes siblings and parents?

I apologize in advance if these are obvious questions but this whole application has been stressing me out and it seems like every little thing has been giving me a headache. Thanks in advance guys!

no, don't let the wording confuse you. what the application means by "Family members" are those family members that are also included as applicants in the PR application. this is referring to when more than 1 person is applying for PR in the same application (ie: children or when a couple is being sponsored by a 3rd person - ie: parents)

this does not mean her parents and siblings need to do anything. they are not applying for PR. The only person who needs to fill out applicant forms and send pictures is the person who is applying for PR. if a child is included in the application as a dependant, then forms and pictures need to be sent for them as well. if it's ONLY your wife, then ONLY your wife fills out the forms and supplies pictures. the pictures are what will be used to issue her approval and PR card down the road.
