Document checklist for TRV - need help clarifying

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I applied for a TRV. So I need some help clarifying some documents needed.
My mom and grandmother are coming to visit. They want to apply for a regular TRV, not SuperVisa.

For regular TRV, you need:

All the forms,
Proof of financial support,
Proof of return ticket, if applicable,

Under requirement for Super Visa, it listed:
A letter of invitation,
One of the documents showing your child meets low income cutoff
Proof of parental relationship..etc

I just want to confirm if you need only a letter of invitation if you are only applying for the regular TRV, and of course all the forms.

Hey!

You should have a letter of invitation for the TRV as well. I don't think it's mandatory but it helps to explain the reasons for the visit and give details that you can't really write on the application itself
