Hi Everyone,

do I need to attest my documents from Canadian consulate in my country for example my marriage certificate (I am applying from another country not my own country), or it doesn't need to be attested by the Canadian consulate since I am attesting it from ministry of foreign affairs in my country?

That should do it. Since Ministry is no way less authority, they do not insist that 1 must come to them for attestations. rest depends on PA's country specific requirements.
