To prove my mariage certificate notary act should be OK or the docuemnt should be approved by our Minister of the Foreign Affairs?
What abou the diploma, I have WES approval, hope it should be OK. In general document approved by WES should be accepted in most countries, let us say if it tells that the degree is ecvivalent to the Canadian one it should be OK for whole Canada including Quebec?
