Hi all . M new to this forum preparing to apply for canadian PR . My CRS score is 384 as per my calculation . Want to have an advise upon how to improve this score and also how to start the process.. as per my knowledge 1st step is to verify my degree from MCC .. is it really true that a doctor needs to clear the exam of canadian medical council only after that he or she can apply

No you don't have to clear any exams to apply. If you want to keep practicing medicine I would strongly suggest moving to another country. Becoming licensed in Canada as an IMG is extremely hard. Only a very small percentage actually succeed and they are usually limited to family medicine and often in underserved areas.
