so far, if your cc or DD is encashed upto now no application has been returned. That could mean youre papers has been accepted, but not necessarily been evaluated for eligibility. BTW, what documents were left out?

They are two different stages in CIO that post 6/26 forumers theorize based on OP6 manual..1st stage is completeness check- upon receiving your file, the officer then will check if your file is complete, if its complete then they will encash your DD or CC and your paper will be sent to the officer in charge for evaluation and thats the second stage which is eligibility review in that stage they will check if you will reach the 67 points mark based on the file that youve sent, if you passed that then they will send you AOR. It is now being pressumed here that the VO will be the one to do the background checks and medical requests. NOw if you fail in the first stage, the whole file will be returned including your DD, or your cc will not be charged but they will take-out the CC form that you submitted. So far, that is what we know.

thank you carl128for ur clear clarification.
that sounds good for my case.

One of my friend completed his MBBS on September 2007. Then he worked as an intern for one year until September 2008. Since then he has been working as a medical officer in a government hospital. Now my question is about the work experience. Is the internship counted as work experience? If so then he will have 3 years of work experience. Otherwise it will only be 2 year medical officer experience. So please suggest.
