Dear Doctors,
Thank you for your kind information provided in this forum. Does any one have any idea what happens if you dont write the names in your native language for example in HINDI letters in ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION PAGE but only write in English letters.
I had written the name in Hindi in BACKGROUND DECLARATION PAGE but missed the native language part in Family information page.
Have anyone gone through thesame situation or if any one has expreience please share your views.

your opinion doctors

In schedule1 form, education section, they inquire "from - to".
I'm a doctor who got the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, UK (FDSRCS). The problem with the Fellowship or even with PHD or similar level studies that you don't have "from", i.e. no begining date that you can PROVE. It is doesn't have a specific start date; you don't attend lectures, you have certain tests which you have to pass; and you try many times till you pass. This applys for both the first and second parts of the fellowship.
Shall I assume that the date of passing the 1st part as a "from" . Or may be not to mention the FDSRCPS at all under "education" and merely write Fellow of the Royal College, under the section of "membership of professional organizations"?

Any ideas are appreciated

In the form "Schedule 1: Background declaration" question nuber 10 requires me to fill in the details of my secondary & post secondary education.
My question is does secondary/high school begins from class 6?
i was in class 6 in the year of 1993, so should i write down 1993 as my high school strating date ?

You can attach a separate sheet(addendum) with heading "Names in Native language" ( also mention the Form No e.g. IMM...., Applicant name on the top) & in tabulated format write down the name in English , relation & then name in native language.

Yes you must write from class six as secondary school in our part of the world starts from 6th Class.

Yes I want to know whethe the FDSRCS is of any benefit in relation to education points. Furthermore, how can I write "from' date, as it has no begining date, only an "end" date. yes, I have a begining date which I set it with myself to start studing, but no document can say this the start date.

MY OTHER factors point like ,

experience 21
age 10
adaptibility 3,4
now ielts 10
still i need 2 ,3 points more so that i can send my application MY GOD wht a bad luck :'(

Just retake your IELTS, thats the best way in your case. At least now you know what to prepare for and you can get better marks. Find a review centre that specializes in IELTS if this can help you get the scores you need.

Hello,

My wife is a doctor and I would like to apply for immigration with her as the principal applicant.

I have two questions:

• She has already given her IELTS for some other exam. It is the IELTS Academic and I read that for immigration you have to give IELTS GEenral. Is it possible to use the academic test result for immigration purposes or does she have to appear in IELTS general?
• Do you have to complete the MCCQE in order to be eligible for immigration?
