I am filing an outland sponsorship for my husband who lives with me in Toronto. He is here under a work visa.
In the IMM5533E Document checklist, for item 4, can someone please confirm that I select the last check box that states:

- I am currently living in Canada, an I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada.

Yes. That is the correct box to check for applying as an outland applicant living in canada.
