I have two bachelor's degrees from the U.S. and have got ECAs for each of the education (the ECAs say bachelor's degree (four years)). However, I lost one of the diplomas (a certificate that says you were awarded this degree). My question is, at any point of the application after receiving the ITA, do I need to upload photocopies of diplomas even if I already have the ECAs? Thanks in advance.

Yes those docs are needed, all docs are uploaded in the application. IRCC can request them as ADR as well, you never know.
