Do you need good grades to apply for a Student Permit?

Heeey! I was wonderinh if do you need good grades since I shifted from different courses before I got to my desired course. I also got some failing grades, inc’s.. Is it possible to get a refusal? I’m just scared I won’t have that chance.

You need to be accepted into a DLI before you worry about study permit. As long as you are accepted, and your program of choice matches your previous studies, and you include a strong SOP to support your application, your visa chances are good.
