Do you mention any title on supporting documents?

While submitting application for sponsorship should I mention any title on supporting documents so they know why I am submitting it, like "proof of relationship" on text messages print?

Probably a good idea. Also put all the documents and enclosures in the same order as they appear on the checklist.

I personally added titles like 'Proof of intent to return to Canada: Examples email correspondence with Canadian Financial Adviser' etc. to all of my 'proof' documents, to make it obvious what it was but more importantly, which number on which form or which number on the checklist it related to.
