I believe you have to pay visa fees before you get a decision on your file. I mean, you need to attach a green receipt as a proof of payment along with your docs.

Every time you apply , you will have to pay the visa fees again.

u or ur consultant will be sending your file via vfs. u will pay a fee of 125$ for visa processing.
if ur visa is rejected u will not be refunded ur visa fee.
