Any (listed below) change after you had dispatch the application should be informed to CIC - but it is good to do that after getting the AOR as it will be easy for the officer to related thing on the basis of file number and actually including the change information (document) with the original application.
Below are the few changes should be informed to the CIC -
Passport (renew expire lost etc.)
Addition to family
Change of Credit card (in case previous one lost) /email ID /communication address
Marital status
