Do we need to give details of 1st stay extension when applying for 2nd stay extension?

Hello experts!

A question- while applying for 2nd stay extension on a valid visitors visa, does one need to give details of the approved 1st stay extension?

If yes, then in which of the following documents?

1. Letter of explanation for request of stay extension.
2. Letter of support-cum-invitation from the child living in Canada

Or anywhere else?

Also, do we need to attach the letter received from IRCC detailing the 1st approved extension?

Please guide.
