Do we need to fill secondary & higher secondary details on EE profile?

Hi All,

I have a question - do we need to fill secondary and higher secondary school period details on EE (Express Entry) profile ?

Since ECA (WES) was done only for university education so even if I fill the above details on EE profile there is no ECA equivalent to add to it ?

I see threads wherein people did not fill in EE profile and think it should be filled ?

Please guide with your experience and knowledge what is the right way to proceed ahead?
