Do we need to fill any other application in addition to Express Entry for OINP

Hi,

Do we need to fill any other application in addition to Express Entry for OINP nomination.
Also If I want to have nomination for OINP should I only choose for Ontario while filling the EE profile for the question where do you intend to live.
Cause I have selected all provinces.

Any help is appreciated.

No nothing once you are in the EE Pool.
Fortunately you have chosen the right option by selecting 'All Provinces'
