hello my name is Carol and i am a newbie here i just want to know if i need to apply a transit visa in the US? I have my permanent resident card and i already book my flight going back home in the Philippines but my flight need to stop over in Seattle do i still need to have a transit visa even if i just need to stay in the airport for almost half a day? I need your response thank you very much.
