DO WE NEED IELTS SCORE BEFORE WE APPLY TO COLLEGES

Hai I had a doubt that, for applying for NAIT or SAIT is IELTS a must... Or will we be able to get a conditional offer letter without IELTS for the time being.

You may want to inquire this to the international centre in SAIT/NAIT.

You can apply without IELTS score too......you would get a Conditional Offer letter if your academics are overwhelming...but it is generally a risky thing to do.....considering the availability of IELTS date and all...

But is the case same with SAIT & NAIT because the are government polytechnic colleges.Do they also have this CONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER thing. are you sure.... ??? ??? ??? ???

If the university accepts you without IELTS that means you will need to convince VO that your English is good (and they do not trust words but only official certificates), and even if VO issue you a SP without IELTS results, when you come to the university they will demand to take an English Placement test. If your marks are low they will accept you into program either after you study English for a year (that means you will need funds for tuition and living expenses for that year), or they could offer you to take English classes AND some academic classes- this also extends your stay in Canada, and you again will need more money.
