Do we need fingerprints and PCC canada ,while applying under CEC

Need help ,

Do we need fingerprints and Police clearence of canada for applying under CEC.

I have been in canada for more than 2 years.

You will need police clearance for all other countries you have lived in for 6 months or more since you have turned 18.
You do not need one from Canada because CIC conducts their own background and security check about you.
