Do they discriminate against TR to PR applicants in citizenship processing?

Do they treat TR to PR applicants differently in citizenship application? Do they favor CEC applicants for example? What is your experience as regards the duration of the process for example? Does it take longer for TR to PR applicants? I see that some applicants' applications are processed really fast while it takes years for some others. Or maybe they discriminate according to applicants' nationality? (considering IRCC's past record that ended up in dismissal of some officers, i cant help but think, sorry)

The answers here, for another pathway to PR, still apply, minus the protected person specifics. Long story short : the pathway to PR itself doesn't matter, so don't worry about it.

Is the estimated processing time for citizenship applications the same regardless of which stream applicants have obtained their PR? E.g. Protected Person, Express Entry, Provincial Nomination, etc.?
