Do the Indians travelling to Canada via London airport require UK transit visa?

Do the Indians having Canadian PR or Visitor Visas, travelling from India to Canada via UK airports require UK air side transit visa if the both flights are on the same ticket, arrival and departure at UK airport on the same day and the traveler is not leaving the airport?

We are planning to book our trip by British Airway. Max lay-over is 6 hours.
