I applied for a study permit on April 14th and still has not received the final decision on my case. I was told that it's due to the security clearance procedure. However, my program starts on August 2nd and if I do not make it by then I will have to wait for the next year to join it.
Does anyone have any idea if they do consider the beginning of the program or not?
