Do the forms come back for resubmission?

I have a question: after sending the forms to mississauga for the spousal sponsorship does it come back to the sponsor or is it sent to the spouse after they work on the papers? Does it need resubmission to the visa office in the country of choice? Thanks!!!

You complete and submit the ENTIRE application, so both the sponsor and applicant part... to Mississauga. CPC-M will then determine which outland visa office your app should be processed at, and send it directly there.

Thanks rob..i asked this because when my cousin sponsored me my papers were sent back to her for resubmission..she then sent it to me to pass it on the visa embassy in my country..i was thinking it could be the same with a spousal application..

when your application will approved then you should need to submit again in your country. CIC will inform you about this. so it is normal.
