Do the employment agencies charge to job seekers?

Hello Guys,

Well, I was wondering if the employment agencies charge for their services to job seekers. As far as I know, they just charge to the companies that require their services.

In Alberta, this practice is againts the law.

But, I dont know how the system works here in Toronto.
