Do support documents needed for Work Experience like this?

Dear All,

May I have following question and have kindly advise from you?
I have work A, B, C, D.
Work A, B, D have been filled in EE as same NOC to claim points.
Work C, only 1 month, under different NOC with A, B, C. Also, I will not claim point under it.

Base on the advise from this dear forum memebers, ONLY Work A, B, D are needed to fill under EE.
Work C is needed to be filled while applying eAPR in Personal History.

Then my question is:
Do I have to provide support documents for Work C which is going to be filled in Personal History while eAPR after ITA?

if you didnt claim points for that and didnt mention it under work exp in EE profile then no documents needed for that
