Do simultaneous job hours count?

I worked two full time jobs for 4 months. After 4th month, I left one and continued the other. Hence I worked around 16 weeks + 16 weeks of 30hr/w for the first 4 months. Will it be eligible as 8 months or 32 weeks? Or do they consider only one job and disregard the other?

The four months where you worked two full time jobs will count as four months of Canadian work experience. So 16 weeks.

That's not how it works. It is hours worked not the number of jobs you have. IRCC will only count a maximum of 30hrs per week as a single week. So if you have 5 jobs, only the first 30hrs are counted towards CEC. This mechanism was setup to ensure people don't work 2-3 jobs to speed up the hrs requirement but contribute meaningfully in the job market.
