Do Proof of Experience must be submitted with today's date?

Hi,

I tried to immigrate to Australia in 2019, but the plan failed. But I still have the experience certificates from my previous employers dated 2019. It was very difficult to get them, and I am pretty sure if I will contact them again they won't provide me a new copy with the current date.

I am immigrating now to Canada through PNP.

So can I submit these experience certificates dated 2019?

Else what do you advise me?
