Hey folks!

Wish all of you a happy new year!

Around 2 weeks ago I applied 3rd time for student visa (this time with a consultant and newly added documents, proofs of fund, new SOP, etc.)

I am worried if my 2 previous refusals will affect the new application? In other words, when a VO opens the file and sees the previous refusals, does s/he say that "ok he has 2 refusals so sth is not right" or is the new file taken into consideration without bias and solely based on the new supporting files?

So stressed these days... I hope the new year brings us all the things we desire.

Thank you in advance.

From my understanding previous refusals are taken into account and decisions are only overturned if you adequately address reasons for previous refusal.

Yeah they are already mentioned. Actually I wrote my SOP addressing the refusal reasons.

Okay then, you might have a chance.
However, if you get refused again, I recommend ordering GCMS notes to understand what the VISA officer specifically wrote to reject you. So that you can address the issues in a much better way.

If you have had two refusals, hope you have ordered GCMS notes. Without notes you will not know full reasons for refusals. All the best.
