do PGWP holders need company to sponsorship the status

Hi all, I have a question about PGWP and work in Canada. I already have PGWP. When I am applying for jobs, some companies ask "will you now or in the future, require sponsorship for your employment status?". Should I say 'yes' or 'no' to this type of questions?

And some jobs only accept candidates who DO NOT need sponsorship, so am I allowed to applying for those types of jobs holding the PGWP?

I think the answer is.... when your PGWP ends will you either leave your job (cos you do not have any work permit) or you will apply to become PR on your own (without help from the company you work for, except some normal paperwork) and can continue to work there.
