Do not know the exact year and date of birth for my mom and dad, what to do?

I am living in Canada and want to apply for PR. I do not know my mom and dad's exact year and date of birth.
Since my mom and dad are living in middle east and they do not have legal papers to show their exact age in the country where they live. I do not know what to put their age in my PR application?

Seems obvious but did you ask them given all you can I guess is ask and take what they say in good faith.
