Do not have work experience in what I have studied but have 4+ yrs mixed experience as a counsellor and Graphic Designer

Hello all,
I need help!!!
I have completed my BCA from IGNOU IN 2014.
I worked as Education Counsellor (along with my study as it was distance learning education) for 20 months (54hr/week) in one organization then same job profile experience for 8 months (54hr/week) in a different organization with 1 yr gap in between.
Then I did a Graphic Design certificate course from private institute and worked as a Graphic designer as part time (30hr/ week) employee for 19 months. Again I had 6 months gap between the new job where I am working now from 2 yrs as a Graphic Designer full time employee (54hr/week).
I DO NOT HAVE same filed experience what I have studied in my graduation, can I eligible to apply for PR?
Please guide.

For express entry, your education doesn’t need to match your NOC. You just need one year continuous skilled work experience in one NOC to be eligible plus ECA and IELTS to submit profile.
