1. please advice me if i can leave all lines blank and put "PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL SHEET FOR DETAILS" in first line in Q-8 personal history and write all details in additional sheet. Because there is no enough space to put all necessary information even in first line.

2. in Q-12: addresses, shall i put the address for visiting Spain for 6 days...to be very honest, i dont remember hotel address where i stayed.

Do not have expiry date in my national ID document

I have both passport & national ID, but my national ID do not have expiry date on it. It only contains my personal details and date of issue. Question in IIM 0008 form does not let me put N/A, and I dont which date shall i put as expiry date? What shall i do?
