Do not fulfill the job requirements for my NOC experience

Hi, I am so confused about this:

I am working a job under NOC 2172 (NOC A), fulltime since a year. When I check the Job requirements for this job, it is:


A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Computer programming experience is usually required.

I do not have any of these, I have a canadian diploma in general business studies and no prior experience in this industry.
Question: Will I be able to get PR with this noc in express entry even though I do not fulfill the job requirements? (It is a reputable company I work for).

I recommend you getting a copy of your work job description and submitting it w/ your application. If you can get your Human Resources Dept or your manager to sign it (or put in your experience letter that the attached job description is valid), that will help as well.
