Do language test results and pnp certificate have to be submitted?

Hi all,
I have received my ITA and am getting ready to submit my application.I don't see anywhere in the upload documents section where it asks for a copy of the language test results and my pnp certificate but I am surprised they don't have to be included.Am I missing something or is it right that these documents don't have to be included with my application?

Don't miss them. You must upload them. Include IELTS into your education part and your pnp certificate could be maybe in the main letter of explanation. Be sure you create an index page with page numbers and mark your pnp certificate's page number with bold letters.
