do I write N/A in the date field as well?

do I just put N/A in every single date field that doesnt apply? what do I do for check boxes?

also will they return the form if its half typed and other half hand written?

I left date fields blank but I wrote NA where they were asking question.

last question for copy 2 of the fee receipt it ask for Client ID, since I don't ahve one I just put N/A?

well I'm finally done, other then the fact I don't know if my wife will need a police certificate/Fingerprints for Canada, but I guess they will tell us...

using paper clips for forms, putting stickies for the supporting documents, into the bubblewrap envelope and expressing it !

I would leave it blank...Are you applying out land? If yes, they you will need PCC..read country specific documents..
