Guys . I am in US since Sep2016 . I was in Germany in year march 2011 . After that I have not visited Germany . I obtained the police certification last year in November .So in case my application goes to CIC this year after November . Do I still need to get a police certificate from Germany. though I have not visited Germany after 2011.
Will my current police verification be valid at the time of my CIC application .
Same goes for Indian embassy as well. I have obtained the police certificate last year in November, but I haven't gone to India since then. for US I know I have to get which is issued with in 6 months when my application goes to CIC .
Can anyone please tell me If I have to get my German and Indian Police verification done again as in November it will be 1 year since I last got the police verification certificate for both Germany and India .. I have the last police verification from last year November and I have not left US after that.

Please refer to the following information from IRCC website:
  • For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than 6 months before the submission of the e-APR.
  • For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.
  • Police certificates meeting the above requirements can be accepted even if they have an expiry date that has passed.
First of all, as far as I understand from your message, your country of residence is US since year 2016. If that is the situation, then you have to make sure that the US PCC will not be older than six months at the time you submit your application.

Secondly, for Germany and India, you can go ahead and submit the same certificates in your application provided that the certificates cover your entire duration of stay. This is the most important and crucial point as being the most common reason of rejection.

Regards.
